Everyone is excited and getting ready for the Main Street Fest and Holiday Parade today!
Parking for the Library is available on either side of the Village and in the lot behind Bankhead.
For those who just want to return materials, remember that if items are in the external book return before we open on Monday, we’ll check them in as though you returned them on Saturday.
All ages can participate in the Winter Reading Program from November 21 to December 31. Participants will earn prizes for reading and get the opportunity to enter raffle tickets for a grand prize Family Basket. Reading logs can be collected at the reference desk.
Hours of Operation
The Library is open Monday - Thursday from 9:30 am to 8:30 pm and Friday – Saturday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
You can request items by logging into your account on the Library catalog and placing a hold request for items to check out. We’ll contact you when your items are ready to be picked up. Let us know when you arrive at the Library (or call before you leave) and staff will bring your materials out to you.
If you have a question, Ask a Librarian. Library staff members are here to help. A Rowlett Public Library card provides access to over 50 TexShare databases. And even when our doors are closed, you can join our Online Book Club.
Any person needing an accommodation for a disability in order to access the benefits of the Library’s services, programs, or activities under the Americans with Disabilities Act should contact a Library manager by telephone at (972) 412-6161, by email at email@example.com or in writing, not less than five (5) working days prior to the program.
